Speed of Sound in Air and in Helium

Why does the lecturer talk like Mickey Mouse after breathing Helium? After performing this entertaining demonstration, a good way to explain the effect is to sound an organ pipe with a flow of helium from a high-pressure tank. The resonance wavelengths are fixed by the geometry of the pipe. Therefore, the higher the speed of propagation of sound in Helium relative to air results in a higher frequency.
