Parallel and Non-Parallel Angular Velocity and Momentum

This is a hand-on demonstration of the stability of rotation about a principal axis, and is appropriate for a physical mechanics course. Each object is held between the palms of the hands by the long portion of the cross, and rotated by rubbing the palms together. The user can feel the stability of rotation of the orthogonal cross and the instability of rotation of the diagonal cross.
